Invasives rule would allow DNR to enter private property

Legislative council seeks constitutional justification [here]

by Richard Moore, Lakeland Times, 11/21/2008

A proposed rule being promulgated by the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources would allow DNR wardens to enter private homes and properties to conduct searches for invasive species.

The wardens would have the right to enter property whenever they “reasonably” believed an invasive species was present on the premises.

The rule has passed the public hearing stage, and a legislative council review has been forwarded to the agency. The next step is for the DNR to submit a final rule to the Natural Resources Board for approval and forwarding to the Legislature. … [more]

No one should think that, because this is happening in Wisconsin, your state is immune. You can bet that such things are percolating or in progress in most other states, too: Be ever vigilant! This 30-page rule [here] has written into it countless language deceptions guaranteed to keep judges busy, make lawyers more wealthy, and steal people’s property rights if allowed to be signed into law!

Remember, those pushing this steamroller to smash property rights will use the old tire tread/shoe tread argument to eventually keep any activity from occurring anywhere, because it “might spread invasive species.” Those GangGreeders spreading this mess appear to be the worst invasive species, because there’s no apparent end to their spread and noxious nature.

Those good folks that sounded the alarm about the property rights dangers that would happen due to the invasive species curse — which overrides the common-sense approach of noxious weeds — are getting their wry satisfaction now, because this is what they said would happen if the invasive species fraud was not fought tooth and nail for the junk science it is.

Now invasive species is being used to prosecute property owners and gain control over their once-private property. Use http://www.govtrack.us to search for how your particular elected officials in D.C. voted on bills containing the phrase “invasive species.” It’s a great website and can help you better learn your elected officials’ habits.

With “Invasive Species”, much like other environmental scams, first came the jobs and money (grants). Now, with employment and funding secure, comes the fun part (for them) - Tyranny in the name of the Common Good.

Every landowner in Wisconsin will be in violation of these regulations the day they are issued - no exceptions. The only question will be who will be targeted for fines and the blackmail of “cooperative mitigation” expenses.

“Invasive Species” will become the cash cow for the WI DNR, their co-conspirators at “environmental” NGOs (especially The Nature Conservancy), and environmental lawyers.

No one will be able to stop them.

It is now officially Christmas here in Ohio, time to give thanks for the profound blessings bestowed upon us during this amazing year of 2008, and to thank God for all His many blessings yet to come! We have our cognizance, our ability to pray, give thanks from the heart, appreciate, hope and work toward that precious freedom for which so much was originally given by those that founded this Constitutional Republic!

And may the REAL “Invasive Species” buy tickets on a slow boat to China (sorry, China!) and leave us our country to breathe life and hope back in to, because YES! The effort is worth all the blood, sweat and tears equity!
