The Kaibab NF engendered a major disaster with the Warm Whoofoo Fire in 2007. Now they are back at it, in the same place, doing another Let It Burn fire “for resource benefit.” However, no resources are benefiting, as their post-fire analysis of the Warm Fire documented.
